How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who contacts Ratherpress Tree Service to get fair and honest treatment. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can write to us about:
- Your experience when you called or contacted Ratherpress Tree Service
- How your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, start with the provider. Keep a written record.
Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Know this, though: Ratherpress Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
How to Complain
Email contact@ratherpress.living. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you want us to do
What Comes Next
We will confirm we got your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
Still Unhappy?
Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also help.
