Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Read this before you use ratherpress.living. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

We Refer, We Don't Do the Work

Ratherpress Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not cut trees, remove fallen trees, grind stumps or trim branches. An independent provider does any work on your property. Ratherpress Tree Service does not.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of their work. We also cannot promise a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider answers for its own licenses, insurance, certifications and conduct.

Information Is General

This website offers general information. It is not arborist, legal, insurance or financial advice. Every tree and every property is different. Talk to a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Prices on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Cost changes with the job, location, tree size, access and more. Ask the provider for a written quote before work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you if your policy covers a loss. That depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Tree work and fallen trees can involve power lines, falling wood and damaged buildings. Do not take risks. Stay away from downed lines and contact your utility company. If anyone's life or safety is in danger, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Ratherpress Tree Service may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or that it contains no errors.
